The greatest story ever written. Part 1.

So it happened again, I could have thought my reasons to see her were enough. But when something is meant to be it will be, somehow.

It all started back in May, last year, I hadn’t seen her for about 6 years, in a way we grow up together, we had a nice childhood, we really had something going on, and the years didn’t do much difference between us.

We have a friend in common, Kyle, so I told her months before that I was going back to the neighborhood and visit for a couple of days, she said it was fantastic, we could hang out, have a great time and remember all those things we used to do when we were kids, and of course that she was going to get Jane to meet us at her house. I still remember those days when we used to do the craziest things, but always end up between me and Jane, just like the first time when we hid together running away from Kyle, under the stairs, and that was it, that was the spark, her smile, the way she talked to me, her beautiful eyes, everything was just perfect, I had fell in love for the first time and it felt great. I looked at her, all in silence, and we knew what was going to happen. I held her hands in mine and got close to her face, to her lips, she closed her eyes, and I didn’t care about anything else except for her. I was going to kiss for the first time, and not only that, I was going to kiss the girl that had driven me crazy for all my life, but then, when I heard “guys! I’m right here!” It was Kyle coming down the stairs. We stopped, our red faces couldn't hide it, we didn’t know what to do. Jane covered her face and ran away; I thought that was smart, too bad I couldn’t do the same. All I did was lie.

Now I think it wasn’t too bad for an eleven year old almost first kiss.
